This series consists of a variety of monthly and quarterly reports of work and camp activities of the Civilian Conservation Corps - Indian Division (CCC-ID) and its predecessor, the Indian Emergency Conservation Work (IECW), prepared by the Superintendent of the Pierre Indian School. Often reports submitted independently during one year would be consolidated, with certain reports called for monthly and others required on a quarterly basis. Reports within the series include Monthly Camp and Personnel Reports, July 1941-June 1942; Monthly Work Progress Reports, July 8, 1936-Jun 30, 1942; Reports of Changes in CCC-ID Personnel, February 11, 1938-July 20, 1942; Monthly Agency Injury and Sick Reports, January 1936-June 1940; Quarterly Reports of Project Training, March 19, 1938-February 10, 1939; Quarterly Reports of Enrollee Activities, September 30, 1941-June 30, 1942; Monthly Accidental Property Loss and Damages Reports, July 1937-June 1942; Agency First Aid Reports, July 1941-July 1942; Agency Life Saving and Aquatic Safety Reports, July 1941-December 1941; Fire Reports, November 13, 1937-June 20, 1939; and CCC=ID Cost Reports, June 27, 1942-July 16, 1942. The reports, submitted on a variety of forms, were continually revised and updated. Included within the reports are instructions, orders, and notices relating to the preparation of the forms; correspondence concerning specific items reported; and monthly analysis of statistical data.
